CONTRIBUTE

We can’t get the job done without contributions. As of this date, we do not yet have IRS Approval of Chapter c(4) tax exempt status. Once that is approved, the tax deductibility of contributions made within the calendar year will be automatic, because we are a War Veterans Organization.

Will they approve it? No one can predict what they IRS will do, but we sincerely believe the odds are about 99.999999% in our favor.

A c(4) organization must be operated exclusively to promote social welfare, which has been further defined as to operate primarily to further the common good and general welfare of the people of the community. “Common good” and “Community” covers a broad range of organizations that have been approved. For instance, at opposite ends of the political spectrum we find MoveOn.Org and the Christian Coalition

To promote enhancement of Freedom and individual liberty for all the people, cities, counties and states most certainly meets the “Common Good” test and Repeal of the 17th Amendment is absolutely non-partisan and non-political in that it does not favor any political party, philosophy or faction over another. However, we do not have to justify that up front.

Therefore, we hope you will feel free in this interim period to provide some much needed financial support. We cannot proceed very far without it.

In the near future we will have credit card and PayPal connections. Until then, mail check or money order to:
